As the 2025-2026 Premier League season draws to a close, Monday night’s clash between Tottenham Hotspur FC and Leeds United FC is shaping up to be the highlight of the final stretch, promising tension and drama under the North London lights. While some teams are already looking ahead to the summer, both sides still have everything to play for—whether it’s a European spot, pride, or even the battle for survival.
Match Schedule
| Home Team | Kick-off | Away Team |

For Leeds United FC, the scenario is a mix of nerves and hope. Daniel Farke’s men arrive in London knowing their Premier League fate could be sealed even before kick-off, depending on the results of their direct rivals earlier in the weekend. Their recent 3-1 win over Burnley provided a much-needed boost and renewed confidence for the Yorkshire club, with Brenden Aaronson’s creativity potentially earning him a starting spot in a 3-4-2-1 setup. However, defensive concerns remain: Pascal Struijk is still a doubt, which could leave Leeds’ backline vulnerable against Tottenham’s formidable attack.
On the other side, Tottenham Hotspur FC are looking to end their home campaign on a high note. Roberto De Zerbi’s side claimed a 2-1 victory at Aston Villa in their last outing, and the Italian manager is expected to stick with his dynamic 4-2-3-1 formation. Richarlison will lead the line, supported by a reshuffled defense where Antonin Kinsky has impressed in goal and Kevin Danso partners Micky van de Ven at the heart of the back four. With both teams determined to impose their style—Tottenham’s possession-based approach against Leeds’ intense pressing—the midfield battle could prove decisive in determining the outcome.
Much of the intrigue will hinge on how each manager adapts to the evolving stakes. If results elsewhere guarantee Leeds United FC’s survival before kick-off, the visitors could play with more freedom, paving the way for a more open encounter. Conversely, if the pressure remains high, expect a cagey start and tactical adjustments from Farke or his staff, should the coach be absent for medical reasons.
With this the only fixture on Monday’s schedule, all eyes will be on the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the curtain call of a season as dramatic as it has been unpredictable for both clubs. Whether it’s for survival, pride, or momentum heading into the off-season, Tottenham Hotspur FC and Leeds United FC are ready to give everything on the pitch.
As kick-off approaches, fans can expect a tense evening, full of twists and potentially season-defining moments. Monday night matches rarely disappoint, and with so much at stake, this clash promises to be another memorable chapter in Premier League history.
